Albert Einstein Biography, IQ Score

Albert Einstein Biography, IQ Score

Albert Einstein was born at Ulm, in Württemberg, Germany. Six weeks after the family moved to Munich, where he later on started his education at the Luitpold Gymnasium. In 1901, the year he obtained his diploma, he acquired Swiss citizenship and, as he was not able to locate a teaching post, he accepted a position as technical assistant. In 1905 he obtained his doctor's degree.

In 1914 he was made Professor in the University of Berlin and Director of the Kaiser Wilhelm Physical Institute. He retired from his post and became an Usa citizen in 1940.

Einstein always seemed to have a clear perspective of the issues of the determination and physics to solve them. He could visualize the main stages in route to his target and had a strategy of his own. He regarded his major achievements as mere stepping stones for the following improvement.

At the start of his scientific work, Einstein realized the inadequacies of Newtonian mechanics and his special theory of relativity came from an effort to accommodate the laws of mechanics. He dealt with classical problems of statistical mechanics and issues where they were merged with quantum theory: this resulted in an explanation of the Brownian movement of molecules. He investigated the thermal properties of light and his observations laid the basis of the photon theory of light.

In his early days in Berlin, Einstein postulated the right interpretation of the special theory of relativity must furnish a theory of gravitation and in 1916 he published his paper. During this time he also led to the difficulties of the theory of radiation and statistical mechanics.

Although he continued to work with the probabilistic interpretation of quantum theory in the 1920's, Einstein embarked on the construction of unified field theories, and he persevered with this work. He contributed to statistical mechanics and he's also accomplished valuable work in connection with atomic transition probabilities and relativistic cosmology.

He continued to work towards the union of the fundamental theories of physics, taking the opposite approach, geometrisation, to many physicists.

Among his non-scientific works, About Zionism (1930), Why War?

Albert Einstein received honorary doctorate degrees in medicine, science and philosophy from many American and European universities. During the 1920's he lectured in America, Europe and the Far East, and he was awarded Fellowships or Memberships of all the leading scientific academies through the world. He gained numerous awards in recognition of his work.

Einstein's gifts inevitably resulted in his dwelling much in intellectual solitude and, for relaxation, music played a vital part. He and he married Mileva Maric in 1903 and his cousin, Elsa Löwenthal, who died in 1936, respectively. He expired at Princeton, New Jersey on April 18, 1955.
